At Jimmy Traders Kenya, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Need a different color or size? We’ve got you. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days under the same conditions as returns.

We deliver via Speedaf and G4S, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. If it's been longer than that:

  • G4S: G4S typically does not offer delivery services on public holidays. Deliveries are usually scheduled for the next working day following a public holiday.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Our trusted delivery partners, Speedaf and G4S, offer next-day delivery services to major towns across Kenya. However, delivery to more remote areas might take longer. Additionally, factors such as order volume, item availability, and public holidays can affect delivery timelines.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
